In spite of the error I have been able to boot the machine with this kernel.

I tried to add the birth day instead of the date in current year, I
think it gives more information (age), but I just found the date in
current year in program structures. (I am not a perl hacker :-D) I do
not know if it would be much more complex.

but then you are not excluding dir1/*/* and dir1/*/*/*
