I retract back my report.
After reboot, the black taskbar still happen. This show that the issue
is still not fixed, even though I have removed the cache in
/var/tmp/kdecache-sharuzzaman
Because Squeeze was freezed
The bug was fixed in 4.4.5, but you must remove /var/tmp/kdecache-
before a new SVG cache for the panel will be recreated.

I don't think I can just install kopete 4.3.x as it requires kdelibs5 to be
updated to version 4.3 as well. I believe that will cause my whole KDE will
to stop working, or not working correctly.
