Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?

The currently packaged softether-vpnclient is using version 5.x (5.02.5180 as
of today) is more bleeding edge and not suitable for production use

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

I'm not planning to install the 5.x version because it is not the stable version

   * What was the outcome of this action?

Not able to use SoftEther stable version

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

Able to use SoftEther stable version (4.x)
