I have the same AMD E-450 CPU and the same problem after installing 4.9.0-16-amd64. The problem in my case seems to be caused by the "Intel Corporation Wireless 7260 (rev 73)" driver or firmware, as there are no crashes if the wlan interface is not enabled. I had to downgrade to 4.9.0-15-amd64
