Dear Maintainer,
I have 2001:3c20 D-Link Corp. USB dongle. rt2870.bin firmware loaded correctly
with rt2800usb driver.
My connection worked okay during installation from netinstall, however, after
installation and reboot, networkmanage
I confirm that the environment, ie, my machine, wifi dongle, network is
absolutely the same. Reboot after installation gives me unusable wifi.

Since update to Debian 9 cannot connect to WiFi using rt28xxusb
(particularly rt2870usb is loaded) driver.
Network Manager cannot connect.
If using wpa_supplicant from cli, it connects for 1-2 minutes and then
disconnects.
On out-of-the-box Debian 9 kernel the

I install flashplugin-nonfree, but it cannot download relevant package from
Adobe. Gives 404 File not found.
