Package: wpasupplicant Version: 2:2.4-1 Severity: important Dear Maintainer,
I have 2001:3c20 D-Link Corp. USB dongle. rt2870.bin firmware loaded correctly with rt2800usb driver. My connection worked okay during installation from netinstall, however, after installation and reboot, networkmanager cannot connect my dongle at all, though lists networks, and when I do it manually with wpa_supplicant, it connects for some time, but then the following happens after several queries: wlxe46f131d67e7: Associated with e4:be:ed:0e:10:c7 wlxe46f131d67e7: WPA: Key negotiation completed with e4:be:ed:0e:10:c7 [PTK=CCMP GTK=TKIP] wlxe46f131d67e7: CTRL-EVENT-CONNECTED - Connection to e4:be:ed:0e:10:c7 completed [id=0 id_str=] wlxe46f131d67e7: CTRL-EVENT-DISCONNECTED bssid=e4:be:ed:0e:10:c7 reason=2 locally_generated=1 wlxe46f131d67e7: CTRL-EVENT-REGDOM-CHANGE init=CORE type=WORLD wlxe46f131d67e7: SME: Trying to authenticate with e4:be:ed:0e:10:c7 (SSID='29' freq=2437 MHz) wlxe46f131d67e7: Trying to associate with e4:be:ed:0e:10:c7 (SSID='29' freq=2437 MHz) wlxe46f131d67e7: Associated with e4:be:ed:0e:10:c7 wlxe46f131d67e7: WPA: Key negotiation completed with e4:be:ed:0e:10:c7 [PTK=CCMP GTK=TKIP] wlxe46f131d67e7: CTRL-EVENT-CONNECTED - Connection to e4:be:ed:0e:10:c7 completed [id=0 id_str=] wlxe46f131d67e7: CTRL-EVENT-DISCONNECTED bssid=e4:be:ed:0e:10:c7 reason=2 locally_generated=1 wlxe46f131d67e7: CTRL-EVENT-REGDOM-CHANGE init=CORE type=WORLD wlxe46f131d67e7: SME: Trying to authenticate with e4:be:ed:0e:10:c7 (SSID='29' freq=2437 MHz) wlxe46f131d67e7: Trying to associate with e4:be:ed:0e:10:c7 (SSID='29' freq=2437 MHz) wlxe46f131d67e7: Associated with e4:be:ed:0e:10:c7 wlxe46f131d67e7: WPA: Key negotiation completed with e4:be:ed:0e:10:c7 [PTK=CCMP GTK=TKIP] wlxe46f131d67e7: CTRL-EVENT-CONNECTED - Connection to e4:be:ed:0e:10:c7 completed [id=0 id_str=] wlxe46f131d67e7: CTRL-EVENT-DISCONNECTED bssid=e4:be:ed:0e:10:c7 reason=2 locally_generated=1 wlxe46f131d67e7: CTRL-EVENT-REGDOM-CHANGE init=CORE type=WORLD wlxe46f131d67e7: SME: Trying to authenticate with e4:be:ed:0e:10:c7 (SSID='29' freq=2437 MHz) wlxe46f131d67e7: Trying to associate with e4:be:ed:0e:10:c7 (SSID='29' freq=2437 MHz) wlxe46f131d67e7: Associated with e4:be:ed:0e:10:c7 wlxe46f131d67e7: WPA: Key negotiation completed with e4:be:ed:0e:10:c7 [PTK=CCMP GTK=TKIP] wlxe46f131d67e7: CTRL-EVENT-CONNECTED - Connection to e4:be:ed:0e:10:c7 completed [id=0 id_str=] wlxe46f131d67e7: CTRL-EVENT-DISCONNECTED bssid=e4:be:ed:0e:10:c7 reason=3 locally_generated=1 wlxe46f131d67e7: CTRL-EVENT-REGDOM-CHANGE init=CORE type=WORLD wlxe46f131d67e7: SME: Trying to authenticate with e4:be:ed:0e:10:c7 (SSID='29' freq=2437 MHz) wlxe46f131d67e7: SME: Trying to authenticate with e4:be:ed:0e:10:c7 (SSID='29' freq=2437 MHz) wlxe46f131d67e7: SME: Trying to authenticate with e4:be:ed:0e:10:c7 (SSID='29' freq=2437 MHz) wlxe46f131d67e7: SME: Deauth request to the driver failed wlxe46f131d67e7: CTRL-EVENT-SSID-TEMP-DISABLED id=0 ssid="29" auth_failures=1 duration=10 reason=CONN_FAILED Cannot use wifi anymore.
