First of all thanks for the high activity in packaging recent versions of ceph,
lately!
ceph-base (or ceph) binary packages were supplying /etc/init.d/ceph, but
beginning with 14.x versions neither of ceph binary packages seems to provide
/etc/init.

I'm experiencing heavy flickering which distorts the otherwise correctly drawn
