the kernel doesnt support it or the module isnt loaded then xl2tpd

I disagree on the importance of this bug being reduced to wishlist...
Wishlist would indicate that this is a request for a feature which did
not previously
exist, when it is in fact existing features which are now broken...
regardless, it is good to hear that it will likely make Etch...
