I was playing around with the new Region panel in gnome-control-center
and it broke my language settings and the character encoding for
gnome-terminal.
Firstly, the panel shows the wrong options for language:

I couldn't upgrade dovecot today. I think it was because the dovecot group
wasn't present - but it should be added by dovecot-common I guess.
The following log should probably explain it:

Here is a patch which silences the error message. Probably not the best
approach, but it works for me. :) With this I could convert my GPX
tracks which didn't have elements.
