Package: libvirt-daemon Version: 1.2.7-6 Severity: important Tags: patch Dear Maintainer,
Since last Thursday, when I try to start an lxc domain, it fails with the following message: $ virsh -c lxc:/// start test error: Failed to start domain test error: internal error: Failed to allocate free veth pair after 10 attempts If I downgrade the iproute2 package from 3.16.0-1 to 3.15.0-2, I no longer get this message. The invocation of "/sbin/ip link add vnet0 type veth peer name vnet1" seems to be failing with the new version of iproute2.
