Seriously ? What do you expect to achieve with an apache module if you
don't have an apache server to load it ?

oking at the bug leading to the -bin
split, I finally got it. Rather than simply removing the apache2.2-common
dependency, I plan to replace it with a dependency on -bin. Any objection
with that ?
Thanks again

Sadly, as maintainer, I have to agree at this point. The Amaya source code
is such a mess, significant portions of it deserve a complete rewrite. So
let's remove it.

Hi,
Thanks for the report. I'm extremely busy at the moment, sorry for the
delay. The Gtk-CRITICAL message doesn't actually trigger the crash, it
shows up at every start (I should add a patch for that).
So overall that's another crash with no explaination...

On Tue, Marc
is
to turn the feature back on with Tellico 2, which should use the KCDDB
from KDE4.

Hi,
Thanks for the pointer, I've been so busy for the last 2 months I didn't
have time to check. Will try to upload the new release this week.

Amaya isn't in Lenny, mainly because of a bug which was only fixed with
the switch to wx2.8, but the release came in too la
rl. But
there again, not enough spare time to complete it.

Can you please explain that ?

Hi Steffen,
Thanks for the report. I had a quick look at the advisory, apparently both
attacks have the same origin, TtaWCToMBstring().
Will have a look at fixing it, CC'ing upstream, since I haven't seen
anything about the advisory over there.

Well, as said in my other mail, we need a conversion to curl to keep Amaya
in the archive... So be safe you will have to curl your hair. I see no
other solution.

ressign 489095 libkcal2-dev
thanks
Hi,
There must have been a change in the new kdepim source package. If the
libkcal.la references libkmime.la, then libkcal2-dev package should have
the right dependency.

Hi,
yaz FTBFS on arm, with a segfault in one of the tests run at the end of the
build.
This is fairly annoying for me, as it means tellico is stuck at the moment
and
can't transition to testing with the soname change.

Hi, the attached patch does what I suggested, and only adds the
--with-alsa and --with-arts-alsa options to the configure call on linux
architectures, letting the others do with auto detection.
Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for pointing that. Ithink about it from time to time, but then
forget...
Considering it doesn't pull any additional dependency, I will probably go
for
a recommend.
Thanks

Hi,
The bug is not actually about building with gcc 4.3 but because of the
libyaz transition. A new package fixing the FTBS is already waiting in
NEW.
