fyi, I now disabled all tests failing with libxml 2.14.3. All autopkg
tests triggered with that package passed.

openjdk-21-jre-headless recommends libharfbuzz0b, and openjdk-21-jre

Note, that 32bit support will be dropped for 25, so it's unlikely that
