I didn't get a reply yet, I'm now going ahead with an upload of libxml2
2.14.1, with a delayed/5 upload to experimental. I packaged that and
test-built it on Ubuntu, please see

The only thing I'm unsure about is the build with readline, which seems
to be required by the build with history. readline is licensed under
GPL3. But this is something which also can be disabled.
