I manage to fix this problem with information from this bug #530024
eth0 Wired interface not managed (on squeeze install/upgrade). I modify
/etc/NetworkManager/nm-system-settings.conf to
[ifupdown]
managed=true
I do not know if this the right solution but it works for me.
