I'm also suffering from this bug.
I have tried the recommended course of action and have run icedove in
safe-mode and tried the removal of an imap account. Still freezes, so I
guess that rules out this being an add-on.
I haven't had a chance to try the debugging yet, but I'll upload the
results
After removing the gnome-icon-theme and restarting, I was able to
produce this bug but only when selecting a theme that doesn't have a
gtk-missing-image icon.
If I choose an alternate icon theme (Tango package name tango-icon-theme
for instance) then blueman works without issue.
It looks like the
now loading the items in my .xsessionrc file
upon starting xmonad.
So it would be good to try this with kdm and see if you get the same results
there.
