rather than adding those direct into the script, I suggest sourcing
them from the corerct file, ie:
source /etc/apache2/envvars

This is still a bug.
It shoudn't rely on any kinda inetd install at all. I have a fresh
lenny install which doesn't use inetd of any kind.
