Thank you for replying to the bug and the work you do. Since you asked
a larger question to debian-desktop list, I wasn't exactly sure how to
repsond
For your information I did a quick check and found that network-manager
was installed before dokuwiki. I can state this because doku
processing package dokuwiki (--configure):
installed dokuwiki package post-installation script subprocess returned error
exit status 127
Errors were encountered while processing:
dokuwiki
I noticed the Apache2 configs were not created

Simply removing updates on sunrise/sunset appears to have fixed the issue. I
have attached a patch to this email which is apply-able to both the 1.6 branch

Ok, as mate boots the mateweather-app gives the following messages(cat

These errors are probably not the cause but might be related. Google searching

Changing update time from 1m to 5m has made it happen roughly once per
10 minutes, more common than when it happens at a 1m refresh and an 10m
refresh.
I plan to look further into this issue on Sunday.
