replication is completely broken.
For the moment we `apt-mark old` mariadb package with
10.1.38-0+deb9u1 version on all our servers.

It's strange because you have php-db package installed...
If you don't use SQL backend, you can safely ignore this messages.
Regular messages are probably caused by horde3 cron jobs.

with testing/unstable packages. For example, it's now the moment
