Dear Maintainer,
Bash's default /etc/bash.bashrc blindly overwrites PS1 even if it's been set
already.
This makes it difficult to use sudo's abiltity to set PS1 via the SUDO_PS1 env
var.

xen-create-image will hang on lvcreate call when creating a swap lv.
This occurs whenever the extents that the lv would use were previously
used for a swap partion, therefore a swap signature is found.
lvcreate hangs looking for us
