This package is unmaintained upstream since 2016. There is a maintained
fork at https://github.com/jsane-h8ms/clearlooks-phenix which adds support
for using the theme under Mate as well as removing the many GTK deprecation
warnings this theme currently creates.

Why are you still shipping this package when it won't even open? There's
even a patch available, but you don't ship it. When we don't maintain code,
it bitrots. When this happens you either must maintain it or you delete it.
