Why are you still shipping this package when it won't even open? There's even a patch available, but you don't ship it. When we don't maintain code, it bitrots. When this happens you either must maintain it or you delete it. There is another open bug on this program, 737968, which would provide a desktop icon for the game to bring it into the GUI. Again, no action, even though there's a patch there too.
