My config file tests without error, but I get the same errors as OP when
trying to run kea-dhcp4-server as user _kea. I am able to test fixes on
sysv.

Attached is a patch to correct the problem. The script is made
consistent with the behaviour of mount.

The read has the quotes attached so what gets passed is "\"label\""
