Dear Maintainer,
The current version of cinnamon-screensaver only displays time and the custom
message, if set. It however does not display media player controls or media
artwork.
It appears that the issue might come from this bug
Confirmed, I commented out the pid_file line in /etc/mpd.conf and mpd now
starts properly. Thanks Sir!

It's been a year since the last update and the bug is still present.
Is spamassassin still maintained?

This issue hit me during the upgrade to Buster.
To make it through I temporarily chsh'ed debian-spamd to /bin/sh but
this is clearly not ideal.

This bug still exists and is quite annoying. It has been open for one year now
and I guess it's to be taken care of by upstream... It'd be great to have a fix.

I ran into this bug as well today. I am running Sarge with the security

Checking out the auth.log, daemon was saying another instance was
running (even though there wasn't).

If this issue is known and being handled, it might be a great idea to
say so, since remaining silent leaves the users considering the bug is
actually being ignored by the maintainer.
Just my 2 cents.

Hello Christian,
During my upgrade this morning I noticed that the MySQL server didn't
restart after being upgraded. Having a look at the previous bug
reports, this does not seem to be a normal behavior.
