In the documentation it's explained that "early questions" are defered thank to
"auto" cmdline argument [1]

I tested this new release (2.0.0012) on my Lenny/sid machine.
This seems to be very good: proxy method works good, installation was
good too.
No problem in sight :).

/usr/share/evolution-data-server-1.10/glade/e-name-selector-dialog.glade
This cause evolution to crash every time on reply button.
