Pidgin crashed on first start up after bug#453759 caused crash.
Inspecting memory gave this result:

Writing to inform you that I resolved the issue:
spamd was not enabeled on my system, consequently Evolution started
spamd with --max-children=1 causing problems.
Enabling spamd with default --max-children=5 was the cure.
