There seem to be a race. With a different laptop using a Core Ultra 5
135U, connected by USB-C to two 4k screens, I can see 3 different kind
of behavior:
1) OK: both 4K displays show the same as the laptop screen, scaled.

I have the same issue as Evgeni above in a similar set-up and can
provide a bit more information. It seems some alignment is needed
between packages cryptsetup, initramfs-tools and systemd.
