deadlock works in that instance, maybe this should be labeled a

So, the UX issue here is that people used to the FreeRDP 2 workflow will
accidentally type or paste the password in the cleartext domain prompt.
(Unlike with the password prompt where user input is invisible, the
input for the domain prompt is shown verbatim on screen.)
