PECL radius packages doesn't have support for PHP 8.x, so the package now FTBFS
after switch from PHP 7.4 to PHP 8.1 in unstable. Please remove the package

The problem is identified by the firewall of a Fritzbox, that is not able to
handle correct IPV6.
After disabling IPV6 the problem disappears.
