Thank you. It is hard to search "Singed-By:" option on the forums.
I solved the problem in Synaptic Package Manager by
menu -> Setting -> Repository -> Authentication -> Import Key File.
I guess it imports the keys into /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.
Using "Signed-By:" option seems better solution
