Mnemosyne 2.4 has been released today [1].
I've tried to package it and you can find my changes to the debian directory on
GitHub [2].
Unfortunately, mnemosyne 2.4 fails to start as it depends on QtWebEngine which
isn't packaged yet (see #841830).
