Since the upload of init-system-helpers 1.29 it's now practically
possible to drop the initscripts dependency for packages which
only previously needed it because of LSB header declaration.
I've just uploaded util-linux without an initscripts dependency
myself which now makes p
GDM/Wayland seems to be partially at fault, since switching to lightdm
makes the issue go away for the time being.
