I just did an upgrade of a system from an very old jessie to jessie today and
noticed that lmms failed to upgrade from its wheezy version to what's
currently in jessie.
The log output (in German, but it's trivial) is:

Apparently docker 1.2.0 had a service file that didn't tell systemd to
start it, and nor did it set up a link in /etc to make the multi-user
system want it, so it didn't get started.

I've noticed the same problem when starting at Schiphol (--airport=EHAM) or
approaching it, say 20 miles away, after taking off from EHSB for instance.
Using the same commands to run under gdb, got the same results.
