The problem seems to be a bug somewhere in ALSA and the HDA driver.
Another user reported it to me. The problem seems that µRoarD starts up
with a sample rate of 44.1kHz by default. The card only supports 48kHz.
ALSA is resampling and takes a lot CPU time.
