in sid, squeeze is not affected. However given the packages are built in

The biniax2 desktop file contains two = sign
Rather than forcing the removal or upgrade of various info browsers
before dpkg, let dpkg provide the install-info functionality for
another release. Other packages will still depend on install-info
directly so the dependency can be dropped in wheezy.
The cost is around 256 KiB.

Your problem is quite unlikely to be identical to this old OSG
compatibility problem, you should have looked at #610276 instead.
