with a fixed sip4 (cfr #560418), python-qt4 fails to configure on GNU/Hurd.
The problem is basically the same as bug #560418: patch 01_configure has the
code snippet:

For some reason, mpg123 can't find its libraries. They're in
/usr/lib/mpg123, so this works for me:
$ LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib/mpg123 mpg123 x.mp3
I'm not sure how this is plugin mechanism is supposed to work.
