my key has "Toni Mueller" as my name on it (plain 7-bit ASCII), but the
default locale on my system is set to en_US.UTF-8. I experience the
same problem. When I just issue 'gpg -u [EMAIL PROTECTED] --sign
filename', there's no problem, though.
This seems to require me to reset the system
