I wanted to mention that there is a cygwin irc channel that has been around for a while now at irc.freenode.net. The channel desperately needs knowledgeable cygwin people. If you have the time and the patience I'm sure the "n00beees" there would appreciate your help. cgf

IRC server for Cygwin

Is there a package that works with cygwin to host an IRC server? I tend to hang out on a server that has about 12 people on it but every once in a while it goes down. I'd like to use cygwin to be an alternate during the down times. This isn't a high bandwidth application. Tha
