OK, I know we've been through this before, but there's now a new version
of SDL (1.2.7), with a new development: it builds OOTB on Cygwin, all I
had to do was reautotool.
There are problems however:
1) when building on Cygwin,

OK, I know we've been through this before, but there's now a new version
of SDL (1.2.7), with a new development: it builds OOTB on Cygwin, all I
had to do was reautotool.
