Hi cygport unconditionally excludes files starting with config* when diffing to create the source patch file. So the resulting ---src.tar.bz2 archiv could be broken for somebody who wants to recreate a package from source. This for example happens when trying to port xpdf or xemacs-21.5.27 to the
