I'd already intended to move to using vanilla (not CREATOR_OS_HURD) ext2 format using the xattr on-disk format to store the translator and author information. This is the natural physical storage format to use since these on-disk formats already have it and we can avoid the niggling issues with fo

Have people been using my Linux patch with success to diddle Hurdish ext2 filesystems? I haven't heard a problem report in a while, but I don't know if that just means noone is really playing with it. If the code works, I would like to submit it to the Linux maintainers. Thanks, Roland _
