PSA: change to findutils build-from-git procedure: we now use "bootstrap".

Thanks to some great work by Assaf Gordon, findutils has now switched to using the "bootstrap" script instead of import-gnulib.sh when building from a fresh git checkout. There is still no need to use either if you are building from the source tarball of course. Thanks, Assaf! James.

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #43761 (project findutils): If you were using GNU locate, the command-line option you want would be --statistics. It prints a number of interesting statistics, but not the modification time of the database. I just checked in a change which does do so.
