gas for PE-COFF targets fails to set section alignment flags correctly,
but always uses default. So
as foo.s | objdump -x gives

There's one more issue I forgot to write about: right now the license
used is the FDL 1.1, but the current version is 1.2, and has been for
quite a while. I don't think there's any particular reason to use 1.1
here?
