Revoking, as this package has a maintainer who is active on AUR.
Better to keep it and let them decide if it works properly for them,
or if they use it or not.

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for perl-bigip-icontrol [2]:
Project abandoned 7 years ago, in 2015. There are breaking issues with
it.
But nothing depends on this module here or on CPAN.
So I recommend deletion, unless there is any good
reason to keep this.
