MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for perl-bigip-icontrol [2]: Project abandoned 7 years ago, in 2015. There are breaking issues with it. But nothing depends on this module here or on CPAN. So I recommend deletion, unless there is any good reason to keep this.
