On my new install I've been using urxvtd to run terminals, and I'm
finding that it frequently crashes. Either I'll switch to a window and
it won't redraw or accept input, or I'll close a window and all of them
will close. I was using the script in the urxvtc man page to spawn a

Hi,
I've just upgraded GNOME to version 3.6 and realized that net-tools was
pulled in as a requirement for the new version of networkmanager. Now
I'm wondering what the current status of "net-tools" is, because
according to [1] it is deprecated and I was perfectly fine without it ;).

The change was reverted (so -4 is the same as -2).

Hi all,
I found that the package cups hav duplicated service file,
Here is some cmdline interactivity:
[root@system 09:47:09]$ pacman -Ql cups | grep service
cups /usr/lib/systemd/system/cups.service
cups /usr/lib/systemd/system/cupsd.service

Thanks, I'll have a look now.
Cheers,

Good day,
I just got a new laptop with a 25Gb ssd and I was wondering which would be
best if putting my home directory (minus music and videos) there or and
arch install (minus pacman pkg cache). I read the ssd related article in
the wiki and even though it mentions some optimizations and consider
I got a similar problem once and it turned out to be a cable problem, have
you tried changing the cables and / or the network cards?

Hello,
Just a heads up.
It seems that the upgrade to libtirpc 0.2.2-3 from testing breaks systemd-
logind/pam and logging in to the system is not possible except in rescue mode.
