Only old version available among Synology DiskStaion package

2019-09-11 Thread Stefan Karlsson
Hi

I have a Synology DiskStation DS718+, and in the *Package Center* app, the
SVN server is listed for installation.
But its on old one, it's version 1.9.7.0119.

So, I have asked Synology support about it, but only got the answer:

So my question is:
When will a never version be available in Synology DiskStation app *Package
Center*?

For a server using 1.9.x is fine. I mostly use SVN 1.8.

You are not missing much just some of the fixes since 1.9.7

http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/subversion/branches/1.9.x/CHANGES

Do note that 1.8 is already beyond its EOL date. Furthermore, 1.9
should have EOLed a couple of weeks ago, but we decided — *after* the
EOL date passed — to extend the support by six months. 1.10.x is the
recommended version for new server installations (or 1.12.x, if you
don't need LTS).

There's also these:

https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/subversion/branches/1.10.x/CHANGES
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/subversion/branches/1.12.x/CHANGES

We don't know. The Apache Subversion Project only releases sources; we
do not produce packages for any platform or repository. I realize that
Synology expect someone to submit subversion-1.10.*.tar.gz to them, but
that someone is not us, and we don't know who it is.

2019-09-11 Thread ????
Hello: When I was restoring svn backup, the following error occurred
 svnadmin:E200014:Checksm mismatch for
excepted:d6a8b3bcfe071aa3431bd60189488082
actual:2dcf50751688e0e9648010f752129672
Therefore, I would like to extract separately the part of the catalogue that
has no problems, and use the following command
Svndumpfilter exclude Project Management Office/1.7 Server/< Operations > xm
However, the problems in my attachment appear. Thank you very much for your
help.
