[Bug 995482] [NEW] ubuntu-one client unable to connect to Ubuntu One cloud

2012-05-06 Thread Steve Seltzer
Public bug reported:

I have used Ubuntu One to sync information to the cloud using 2 ubuntu
systems and 2 windows systems. After deleting some synching files and
folders on my laptop and copying some files to sync folders, the ubuntu
one client on my laptop no longer connects. When I run Magicada I see
there are 29 items in the metadata queue and 7 items in the content
queue, but these numbers don't seem to change even after many hours.

I was trying to attach my ubuntuone log files to this report but both
couldn't locate them on my computer nor could i figure out how to attach
them. If someone would let me know where these are I would be happy to
attach to help solve this bug.

2012-05-07 Thread Steve Seltzer
Thanks Leo.
I am trying to upgrade, but I have a partition table error that is making it
very hard for me to expand my partition to do the upgrade. I would very much
like to do the upgrade asap, but I believe I should take a driveimage of my
system before I do it.
