Public bug reported:

I have used Ubuntu One to sync information to the cloud using 2 ubuntu
systems and 2 windows systems. After deleting some synching files and
folders on my laptop and copying some files to sync folders, the ubuntu
one client on my laptop no longer connects. When I run Magicada I see
there are 29 items in the metadata queue and 7 items in the content
queue, but these numbers don't seem to change even after many hours.
