Thanks for bugreport It is because Writer has no character "Horizontal line". Instead, used paragraph with enabled bottom border. For remove unneeded horizontal lines: 1. Place text cursor on that line or select several lines 2. Additional: experiments shows that lost are merging in column. If we select some cell in one column, merge them and save to doc, then merging will be lost.
