[Bug 970735] [NEW] pidgin buddy list window missing at first startup
Public bug reported: The Pidgin main buddy list window is missing nearly everytime i start it... (just the first time after a system reboot) With all plugins disabled and just one protocol (icq) using it some offline messages shows up at startup but i cannot open the buddy list with neither clicking again on the top panel icon nor the icon in the side panel. I must quit it (which isnt that easy without the main menu) right clicking in the sidepanel and quit... Then starting again all is fine and buddy list shows up... [Bug 971768] Re: nautilus cannot deactivate show hidden files
oh that was my fault i see and i am sorry... its not a bug but i think a notification could be helpful... i acitvated show hidden files in the preferences (so i think its globally). Now i liked to deactivate it via the menu... So it was deactivated for this session but next time activated again i think... So i would like to see there an notification that this option must be deactivated via the preferences or the function that i can unset the global option via the menu...
